 Ecoplastia manufactures various grades of aromatic polyester polyols for use in rigid polyisocyanurate and polyurethane foams. The most common use of aromatic  polyester polyols is in applications where flammability, insulation and mechanical properties of final Polyurethane foam are important.

Ecopol grades
are produced in a wide range of physical and chemical properties based on customer requirements.

This series of
polyester polyols is prepared by esterification of phthalic anhydride, diethylene glycol and other raw materials.

ECOPOL-PS-E175:

Description: Ecopol PS-E175 is a phthalate base polyester polyol, reaction product of a phthalic anhydride-diethylene glycol and hydrophobic raw material with special technology. 

Properties: good purity, high aromatic ring content, desirably low acid number, improved FR in comparison with other standard PA base polyester, increases insulating ability, good mechanical   properties, low hydroxyl value.

Application: PUR panel, bunstock, pour in place

Storage: Ecopol- PS-E175 has a storage life of 24 months when stored in adry and cool area under appropriate ventilation conditions. Each container should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences. Storage in sealed containers at temperatures of 15 – 35°C is recommended

ECO-PS-E300:

Description Ecopol PS-E300 is a special polyester made of phthalic anhydride and diethylene glycol in a special ratio. Low viscosity of this type of polyester polyol helps to increase the flow ability of final polyurethane foam in different applications.

Properties: good hydroxyl reactivity, low viscosity, promotes good flow ability.

Application: spray foam, Panel, Home Appliance, Pour in place

ECO-PS-ED-245:

Description: Ecopol PS-ED-245 is a major raw material comprising phthalic anhydride, diethylene glycol and hydrophobic compounds. Presence of hydrophobic compounds cause to improve the compatibility of hydrocarbon blowing agents with blended polyol.

Properties: good purity, good hydroxyl reactivity, high aromatic content, increases insulating ability, low color number

Storage: EcoPol- PS-ED-245 has a storage life of 24 months when stored in a dry and cool area under appropriate ventilation conditions. Each container should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences. Storage in sealed containers at temperatures of 60-95°F (15 – 35°C) is recommended.

ECO-PS-EH-285:

Description: Ecopol PS-EH-285 is a modified phthalic anhydride and diethylene glycol polyester polyol.

Properties: good purity, good hydroxyl reactivity, low color number, good crosslinking
